本ウェブサイトおよびオンラインストアは、Shak Tackle 株式会社が「Rod Armour Japan」の屋号で運営しています。

本規約への同意

本ストアを利用し、商品を注文することにより、お客様は本利用規約、返品・返金ポリシー、配送ポリシー、プライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

商品情報・価格

商品説明、価格、在庫、キャンペーン内容は予告なく変更される場合があります。表示価格は日本の消費税10%を含む総額表示です。明らかな誤表示がある場合、当社は注文を確認、修正、またはキャンセルすることがあります。

注文・支払い

ご注文は、当社が注文を受諾した時点で成立します。利用可能な支払方法はチェックアウト画面に表示されます。カードおよびデジタルウォレット決済はご注文時に請求されます。

配送・返品

配送条件は配送ポリシー、返品条件は返品・返金ポリシーに従います。インターネット通販・通信販売には、クーリングオフ制度は適用されません。

保証・責任

当社は、日本の適用法に基づくお客様の権利を制限しません。Rod Armour製品は通常使用における製造上の不具合に対する12か月保証の対象です。通常の摩耗、誤使用、改造、不適切な保管、事故による損傷は保証対象外です。

禁止事項

不正注文、虚偽情報の入力、転売目的の大量注文、サイトの不正利用、当社または第三者の権利を侵害する行為は禁止します。

準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。消費者契約法その他の強行法規により保護されるお客様の権利は、本規約によって制限されません。

Agreement to These Terms

By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Product Information and Pricing

Product descriptions, prices, inventory, and promotions may change without notice. Prices are intended to be shown tax-inclusive for Japan. If there is an obvious error, we may confirm, correct, or cancel the affected order.

Orders and Payment

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance of the order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card and digital-wallet payments are charged at the time of order.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns are governed by the Refund Policy. Cooling-off does not apply to internet or mail-order sales in Japan.

Warranty and Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Japanese law. Rod Armour products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Normal wear, misuse, modification, improper storage, and accidental damage are excluded.

Prohibited Use

Fraudulent orders, false information, bulk orders for unauthorized resale, misuse of the site, and infringement of our rights or third-party rights are prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Your mandatory rights under the Consumer Contract Act and other applicable laws are not restricted by these terms.
