返品・返金ポリシー

90日間の任意返品制度（返品特約）

Rod Armour Japanでは、購入日から90日以内であれば、返品、ストアクレジット、交換、またはサイズ・適合に関するサポートをリクエストできます。

お客様都合・フィット保証による返品

  • 可能な限り、元のパッケージ・タグ付きで再販売可能な状態でご返送ください。
  • お客様都合およびフィット保証による返品の返送料は、お客様のご負担となります。
  • 商品ページで最終セール品と表示された商品およびギフトカードは返品対象外です。

不良品・破損品・誤配送・説明と異なる商品

商品に不良、配送中の破損、誤配送、または説明と異なる内容がある場合は、注文番号と写真を添えて support@rodarmour.com までご連絡ください。日本の消費者法に従い、修理、交換、返金、またはその他の適切な対応を行います。この場合の返品送料はShak Tackle 株式会社が負担します。

  2. 返送前に、当社からの返品手順の案内をお待ちください。

返金時期

返金は、返品商品を受領し確認した後、原則として元のお支払い方法に対して処理されます。元のお支払い方法で返金できない場合は、ストアクレジットの発行または別の方法をご案内します。

Refund Policy

90-Day Goodwill Return

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return, store credit, replacement, or fit help.

Change-of-Mind and Fit Guarantee Returns

  • Items should be returned in resaleable condition with original packaging and tags where possible.
  • You pay the return shipping cost for change-of-mind and Fit Guarantee returns.
  • Items marked as final sale on the product page and gift cards are not eligible.

Faulty, Damaged, Wrong, or Not-As-Described Goods

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, wrong, or not as described, email support@rodarmour.com with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace, refund, or remedy in line with Japanese consumer law, and Shak Tackle K.K. covers the return shipping cost.

  2. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed after returned goods are received and inspected, using the original payment method where possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue store credit or arrange another method.
