Current Japan shipping is JPY 250 for orders under JPY 4,000, with free shipping on orders of JPY 4,000 or more. Shipping totals and any available shipping offers are shown at checkout before payment.

Packing usually averages 1 business day. Orders ship from Yokohama with Japan Post as the primary carrier, or with Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express where appropriate. Delivery is typically 1-6 business days after dispatch. Tracking is sent when your order ships.

If your delivery address needs to change, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are easiest before packing is complete; once shipped, redirects depend on the carrier and may not be possible.
