Our 90-Day Goodwill Return (返品特約)

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a return, store credit, replacement, or fit help.

Conditions for change-of-mind returns:

  • Items should be in resaleable condition with original packaging and tags where possible.
  • You pay the return shipping cost.
  • Items marked as final sale on the product page and gift cards are not eligible.

Conditions for Fit Guarantee returns:

  • You may try the item on your reel, rod, or lure setup before deciding to return.
  • You pay the return shipping cost.
  • Please return clean, with original packaging and tags where possible.

Faulty, Damaged, Wrong, Or Not-As-Described Goods

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, wrong, or not as described, email support@rodarmour.com with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace, refund, or remedy in line with Japanese consumer law, and we cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed after the returned goods are received and inspected, using the original payment method. If the original method is no longer available, we will issue store credit or arrange an alternative.
