返品特約・不良品の取扱

90日間の任意返品制度を提供しています。お客様都合およびフィット保証による返品の返送料はお客様負担です。不良品、破損品、誤配送、または説明と異なる商品については、Shak Tackle 株式会社が返品送料を負担し、日本の消費者法に従って対応します。通信販売にはクーリングオフ制度は適用されません。

Delivery Timing

Orders are usually packed within 1 business day. Orders ship from Yokohama via Japan Post, Yamato Transport, or Sagawa Express. Estimated delivery within Japan is 1-6 business days after dispatch.

Returns and Defective Goods

We offer a voluntary 90-day goodwill return. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind and Fit Guarantee returns. For faulty, damaged, wrong, or not-as-described goods, Shak Tackle K.K. covers return shipping and remedies the issue in line with Japanese consumer law. Cooling-off does not apply to internet or mail-order sales.
