Delivery Timing (商品引渡時期)

Orders are usually packed and prepared for dispatch within 1 business day. Orders ship from our Yokohama warehouse via Japan Post, Yamato Transport, or Sagawa Express. Estimated delivery within Japan is 1-6 business days from dispatch. Delivery may extend during Japanese national holidays, 年末年始, ゴールデンウィーク, and お盆 periods.

Order Validity Period (申込有効期限)

No order validity period applies. Orders are accepted while stock is available.

Returns And Defective Goods (返品特約・不良品の取扱)

Rod Armour Japan offers a voluntary 90-day goodwill return. Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind and Fit Guarantee returns. Items marked final sale and gift cards are not eligible.

For faulty, damaged, wrong, or not-as-described goods, Shak Tackle K.K. covers return shipping and provides a remedy in line with Japanese consumer law.

Cooling-off (クーリングオフ) does not apply to internet or mail-order sales.

Consumption Tax Status (消費税)

Shak Tackle 株式会社 is currently a tax-exempt small business (免税事業者) and is not registered as a Qualified Invoice Issuer (適格請求書発行事業者).
