当社は、注文管理、決済・返金、梱包・発送・追跡、カスタマーサポート、返品対応、不正防止、マーケティング配信（同意がある場合）、広告効果測定・アクセス解析（同意がある場合）、税務・会計・法令上の記録保存のために個人情報を利用します。

Cookieおよび個人関連情報

当社はストア運営に必要なCookieを使用します。広告・解析Cookieは、Cookieバナーでお客様が同意した場合に使用します。第三者がCookieまたは端末ID情報を特定の個人に紐づける可能性がある場合、個人情報保護法第31条に基づき、移転前に同意を取得します。

委託先・外部サービス

当社は、Shopify、Shopify Payments、Japan Post（日本郵便）、Yamato Transport（ヤマト運輸）、Sagawa Express（佐川急便）、Klaviyo、Yotpo、Rebuy、Google、Microsoft Clarity、Meta、TikTok、Orbeなどのサービスを利用する場合があります。各サービスには、当社の指示またはお客様の同意の範囲で必要な情報が送信されます。

第三者提供・国外移転

当社は、お客様の同意がある場合、業務委託に必要な場合、または法令に基づく場合に限り、個人情報を第三者に提供します。一部の委託先は日本国外に所在します。その場合、個人情報保護法第28条に基づき、同意取得または同等の契約上の保護措置を講じます。当社はお客様の個人情報を販売しません。

お客様の権利

お客様は、保有個人データについて、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去、第三者提供の停止、国外移転の停止、利用目的の通知を請求できます。support@rodarmour.com までご連絡ください。開示請求および利用目的の通知請求には1,000円の手数料がかかります。

Purpose of Use

We use personal information to manage orders, process payments and refunds, pack and ship orders, provide tracking, provide customer support and returns, prevent fraud and security incidents, send marketing where you opted in, measure advertising and analytics where you consented, and meet tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping obligations.

We use cookies required to operate the store. Advertising and analytics cookies are used only where you consent through the cookie banner. Where a third party may link cookie or device-ID information to an identifiable person, we obtain consent before transfer under APPI Article 31.

Processors and External Services

For cross-border transfers, we obtain consent or rely on equivalent contractual protections under APPI Article 28. We do not sell your personal information.

Your Rights

You may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, cessation of third-party sharing, cessation of cross-border transfer, or notification of purpose of use. Email support@rodarmour.com. Disclosure and purpose-of-use notice requests carry a JPY 1,000 fee.
