Shipping policy

United States:

  • Rod Armour’s warehouse is centrally located in Kentucky, USA, ensuring swift, cost-effective, and seamless shipping for our customers.
  • All orders are dispatched through DHL Ecommerce or USPS, accompanied by tracking details.
  • Typical shipping duration ranges from 1-6 business days.

Australia:

  • Rod Armour has an office and warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland.
  • All orders are packed and sent via Aramex or Australia Post (depending on location) with the inclusion of a tracking number.
  • Aramex and Australia Post advise 2-8 business days for delivery.
  • Australia Post Express Shipping: Delivery is subject to Australia Post’s Express service terms and conditions, typically arriving within 1-3 business days Australia-wide.

Canada:

  • All orders are dispatched through Japan Post, Canada Post,  DHL Ecommerce or USPS, accompanied by tracking details.

  • Typical shipping duration ranges from 4-11 business days.

Rest of World:

  • All international orders are dispatched via Australia Post's International Service, accompanied by a tracking number.
  • Delivery takes place between 5-17 business days.

Arrival Guarantee:

We assure the arrival of your items post-dispatch. There may be unavoidable delays in the shipping process which we do not control, but we can control what arrives to you. Over our 7-year tenure, we have successfully addressed all instances of misplaced items by delivery services. Our resolution process is as follows:

  1. In the event the delivery company has made an error, please contact us, and we will launch a full-scale investigation and advocate on your behalf.
  2. Rod Armour will contact the courier company who interview the delivery driver, check the backend tracking, and come back with a report.
  3. More often than not, the package is found and delivered by the postage company. If it is lost, we organize with our insurance to resolve this issue and resend a package to you.

Fulfilment Times:

Rod Armour typically takes an average of 1 business day to pack and ship orders to customers. However, this timeframe may vary due to factors like address errors, order amendments, or external issues. Public holidays, weather events, high-volume times of year such as sales periods may cause a slight delay to regular processing. 


Out of Stock Policy:

In the rare event of a stock miscalculation resulting in an item being temporarily unavailable for less than 18 business days, Rod Armour will promptly notify the customer of the delay. We will ensure the item is dispatched as soon as it is back in stock. If the unavailability extends beyond 18 business days, customers will have the option to receive a full refund, a voucher, or additional items as compensation for the inconvenience.
