Cancellation Policy for Rod Armour


Subscriptions:

  • Repeat Deliveries: Opting for a subscription means committing to repeated deliveries based on your chosen duration and frequency.
  • Secure Payments: We securely store your payment details and charge for each delivery, unless paid upfront.
  • Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions may auto-renew. Cancel in time if you don't wish to renew.
  • Manage Subscription: Change or cancel your subscription anytime via links in your order confirmation emails.
  • Cancellation Before Dispatch: Ensure subscriptions are cancelled before dispatch. For orders made in error or to incorrect addresses, we'll try to cancel before shipping. If already shipped, we'll guide you on returns.

Pre-orders:

  • About: Pre-order products that are soon to be in stock.
  • Payments: We might charge partially or not at all at checkout, storing your payment method for future full or remaining charges.
  • Cancellations: Cancel unfulfilled, partially paid pre-orders. For fulfilled orders, request a refund instead of 

Mistaken Orders & Incorrect Addresses:

All orders made to a wrongly entered address or if that order was a mistake, we will make our best efforts to cancel the order before it ships. If the order has shipped, we can advise on the return processes.
